In this book, we see Annie making the choice to pick up the lonely yet cracked seed, taking care of it, and by doing so, it produced beautiful a red apple along many green apples. Isn't that what a broken heart needs-showing love? Love makes us take the time to invest in anything we set our heart, mind, and soul to. Morgan (Artist) I was born and raised in Maine. My parents were forced to recognize my creative side at an early age after several household furnishings and walls were destroyed by my presumptuous masterpieces. They supported my expressive nature in order to somehow positively channel my artistic energy and save the furniture. By the age of ten, I was enrolled in private painting lessons and was entering my works of art in the local state fairs. I studied fine art at the University of Maine at Augusta, but it wasn't until after finding my soul mate, raising a family, venturing into several careers, and moving around the country that I finally surrendered to the haunting of my creative soul. Art is my oxygen; it is what keeps me sane and liberates the visions in my head. My artwork is now created in my home studio on Marrowstone Island in Washington.
