Hazel M. Tate was born in Little Rock, Arkansas and raised in Illinois. She then relocated to California with her six children. She was a college graduate with a degree in English literature. She retired as a Resident Coordinator. She was a mother, grandmother and great friend. Her hobbies included watching old classic movies, writing, reading great novels and traveling.
