Going from the UNO Charter (1948), the Protocol relating to the protection of the victims of non-international conflicts (1977) or the Statute of the ICC (2002) to the Constitutive Act of the AU (2000) or the Protocol relating to the establishment of the Peace and Security Council (2002), the present anthology covers more than half a century of developments on global security.
