Autorenporträt
The time comes when the 65th year of life is within reach, finally one thinks with relief, retired. So far so good! It doesn't take long before the 66th birthday is celebrated with the family and, with increasing impatience, it becomes clear that such a day, with its 24 hours, can be quite long. Family, grandchildren, lazing around, traveling and occasional botanical experiments in gardening are no longer enough to give the day an interesting face, what to do? You can't get around this question if you don't want to spend the rest of your life on the couch and in front of the TV. Why, I asked myself, rethink the many thoughts and ideas that have accumulated over the course of a lifetime and, if possible, process them in writing. As soon as such thoughts are thought through to the end, the necessary initiative develops. Literature studies are required. If the head thinks without thinking about the body, it is already 66 years old. It was these three years of study that showed me that creative writing doesn't have to remain a dark secret if you try to air it. And something else helped me a lot to tackle writing seriously. The spiritual "listen in" to look for conversations with the consciousness and his inner voice.
