Clarissa W. Ong es investigadora posdoctoral asociada en el Centro para el Tratamiento de la Ansiedad y Trastornos Relacionados, de la Universidad de Boston. Está especializada en terapia de aceptación y compromiso (ACT), terapia basada en procesos, trastorno obsesivo-compulsivo (TOC) y perfeccionismo. Michael P. Twohig, conocido principalmente por su trabajo con la ACT y el TOC, es profesor del departamento de psicología de la Universidad Estatal de Utah. Fue presidente de la Asociación para la Ciencia Conductual Contextual (ACBS).
