The antagonistic effect of Probiotic strain against Candida albicans was determined by using the Kirby Bauer disc diffusion method, Maximum zone of inhibition was measured by the serial suspension of M.F.S. 1.0 against the C.albicans and the medium zone of inhibition was observed in the serial suspension of M.F.S. 1/10 and nil or minimum activity was seen in the serial suspension of M.F.S. 1/100.
