'Shyamal Munshi' is a pseudonym of the creator, the result of his desire to recognize his creativity with a new artistic name! Original name is 'Sudhir Kumar'! Was working in the Central Secretariat Service (CSS) of the Government of India in Delhi. Under various ministries. Departments. Worked in offices. Retired from the post of Director from the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare on 30 June 2023.
