Tooth size discrepancy is one of the important clinical diagnostic concerns of orthodontist while managing a malocclusion, as the successful orthodontic finishing would be impossible without having a proper tooth size ratio between maxillary and mandibular teeth. This book explains the procedure of investigating "Anterior tooth Discrepancy" in a given population, as a model on a Bangladeshi population. Illustrates the study conducted on Bangladeshi populations constituting 207 pretreated orthodontic cast as sample(147 female and 60 male) of all the angles group of malocclusions (108 class I, 84 class ii and 14 class iii) resulting the anterior tooth size discrepancy of 36.23% (±2 SD of Bolton published means) without any gender discrepancy. It is a worthy to read orthodontic research reference book for resident doctor, researcher and clinicians in orthodontics.
