We have many synthetic drugs that are commercially available in the market. All the synthetic drugs have to compromise in administration because of their unavoidable side effects. If we use of natural drugs instead of synthetic drugs maybe almost many side effects can be optimize. Here, I like to introduce a natural herb, Gynura procumbens. Which have lots of biological activity such as anti-hyperglycemic, anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, antioxidant, organ protective, fertility enhancement, anticancer and anti-hypertensive etc. which has reported to date. However, lots of pharmacological effect not yet to be done like anthelmintic, antidiarrheal and thrombolytic activity. Here, I have evaluated anthelmintic, antidiarrheal and thrombolytic activity of Gynura procumbens. This natural plants have better thrombolytic activity, Lysis index 0.0043min-1, % of lysis is 73%, MA (maximum amplitude) 0.524 and T50 (Half-life) 148 min and also have moderate anthelmintic, antidiarrheal activity. The percent of defecation of Gynura procumbens is 36.36% (300mg extract) and 54.54% (600mg extract).
