The research had as method the application of the questionnaire, showing data, of perception of the workstation, an anthropometric analysis through measurements on the furniture and a biomechanical analysis through photos and direct observation. An analysis was carried out in the Ergolandia 5.0 software to analyse the postures adopted by the employees during the working day.
