This book is an attempt to synthesize our work as well as other information concerning anthropometry & physical fitness into a compact,concise and easily read volume. The authors idea of purely describing facts,but more importantly,explain to the readers why certain procedures are followed in evaluating anthropometry and fitness.Thus,it is hoped that this text will give future participants and long time fitness enthusiast better insight into many aspects of anthropometry and fitness. The book divided into five subtopics with section 1 giving a general overview of anthropometry and physical fitness.section 2 attempts to take research findings on anthropometry,fitness and jumps.section 3 outlines and describes the various aspects of antropometric and physical fitness measurements.More detailed information concerning testing protocols and how to administer tests are described.section 4 explains the statistical analysis of selected anthropometric and fitness variables with jumps performance.section 5 summarizes ,concludes and recommends for upcoming researchers.The preparation of this book was exciting and challenging for the authors and hopefully it will meet its designated purpose
