The main aim of the present study is to evaluate anti-cancer drug with The marketed product characterization was performed. compatibility tests excipients like microcrtstalline cellulose , croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, lactose monohydrate, sodium starch glycolate, crospovidone hydroxypropyl cellulose were used. Various disintegrants formulation trails of Dasatinib tablets were conducted using three super Disntegrants like Croscarmellose sodium, sodium starch glycolate and crospovidone. These three super disintegrants were used at three different concentrations theanti cancer drug were prepared by using using wet granulation technique. In order to optimize the product, different formulations were developed. All the formulations were evaluated for physical characteristics, disintegration, dissolution studies of anti cancer drugs.
