These tests and applying antibiotic discs were done according to the Clinical & laboratory standard Institute (CLSI) which were different for every organism according to the CLSI Some organisms such as Coagulase-Negative staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, Pseudomonas genera, E-coli, Klebsiella--pneumoniae and Klebsiella-pneumoniae Extended spectrum beta-lactamases and their susceptibility is given in this book. Organism identification was done by the help of different Analytical Profile Index (API).The physician can use these antibiotic as prompt treatment.
