Their extracts and active principles were implemented and tested for antioxidant and anticancer activities. (Most of the experimental work was funded through STDF-Egypt project ID 312)

Dr Ahmed Mahmoud M. Aboul-Enein is a Professor of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Fac., Agric, Cairo Univ., Egypt. He published more than 80 articles in this career and attended several international conferences and workshops around the world. In addition, he is an editorial board and reviewer for several journals.
