This book explains design, synthesis, and pharmacological properties of a series of substituted benzylidene acetone oxime ether derivatives from the corresponding oxime derivatives. The newly synthesized compounds were investigated in vivo for their antiinflammatory activities using carrageenin-induced rat paw oedema model.
