In the monograph, based on literature data and own results, the author outlines methodological approaches for determining the antioxidant, antiradical and hepatoprotective activity of plant extracts, natural compounds isolated from plants and derivatives obtained by chemical modification of their molecules. The results of studying the relationship between indicators of antioxidant, antiradical and hepatoprotective activity in vitro and in vivo are discussed.
