Autorenporträt
Carlos Monsiváis is one of the great Mexican writers of the second half of the 20th century. He has received numerous awards, from the National Journalism Award in 1978 to the Anagrama Essay Award in 2000. His works include Días de guardar, Amor perdido, Escenas de pudor y liviandad, and Los rituales del caos among many others.
