A. M. Blair is a Pennsylvania-based writer who blogs about literature and the law at The Misfortune of Knowing. She is also the author of Two Lovely Berries, a new adult novel, and Amelia Elkins Elkins, a modern retelling of Jane Austen's Persuasion. She is a public interest attorney and the mother of three. She received her B.A. from Yale and her J.D. from Harvard Law. Like Pramila, Blair is half Sri Lankan. Blair's co-authors are her eldest daughters, Maram and Samira. They are twins who love to read and write. They also love having red hair and can't understand why Anne Shirley hated hers so much.
