Osoo Victor Okello is a professional counseling psychologist with vast experience in medication adherence. He is also a consultant in pharmacy practice in Kenya. He holds a Diploma in Pharmacy, Bachelors in psychology and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. He is currently working in The National Police Service Commission, Kenya.
