It was something that could be managed, and I wasn't alone in it. Therapy, mindfulness, exercise, and personal growth helped me realize that while anxiety might always be part of my life, it didn't have to define me. It didn't control me anymore. I wrote this book to share the journey I've taken-from being consumed by anxiety to learning how to coexist with it and use it as a tool for personal growth.
