Denise Heredia is from Southern California. She developed a passion for writing in second grade, where she "published" her first book. She earned a B.A. in Behavioral Science and a M.A. in Bilingual Education. Denise Heredia is an elementary school teacher who does her best to instill a love of writing in her students. She is an animal lover who enjoys spending time at the beach and the gym.
