The purpose of the study was to establish to what extent the problem-based learning module improves the level of learning in the subject of constitutional law with respect to learning with the traditional method in the Higher Technical School of the National Police "Puente Piedra" - Lima in in 2010. In this research, 45 students from the "Puente Piedra" Higher Technical School participated as an experimental group, and 45 students from the "San Bartolo" Higher Technical School as a control group. The research applied a module based on problems for the teaching of the subject of Peruvian Constitutional Law.
