This book intended to explore how mentoring as discipleship is done within the three Training avenues the family, the church, and the school. The goal of the book is to show the significance of each training avenue and how it is effective for the holistic development of human beings. Literary and research methods were engaged in this study whereas data collection and analysis as well as bibliographical data were used to placate the concerns. The book is divided into four major parts. The first part shows the prominence of the training avenues for human holistic development. The second part explains how to apply mentoring as discipleship dimensions in different ways. The third part examined the four biblical mentorships as discipleship dimensions for making people disciples of Jesus, evaluational, rational, relational, and missional. And then the last part deals with data collection, finding analysis, and recommendations.
