This condition has prevailed over individualism whose paradigm is scarcity and the strategy for success is competition.This study confirms that emotional competencies influence approximately 80% in the performance of projects since their success requires the integration of a team with technical capabilities that can create and bring together the best conditions, capabilities and resources in the specific time and place and this is possible with the harmonious integration of the team that depends on a high level of emotional competencies of people.
