Information technology plays a prominent role in the primary school educational curriculum. The instructional technology tools, such as electronic boards, videos, audios software's and various educational websites, extremely useful for teaching primary school level. The students may also benefit from the interactive teaching with the support of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) tools. The present is "A STUDY OF THE PERCEPTION OF TEACHERS ABOUT THE USE OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY IN IMPARTING PRIMARY EDUCATION". This research was carried out in West and North Delhi primary schools. It was a primary research, the questionnaire used as research instrument to gauge the responses. The questionnaire was designed keeping in view the available literature and experts' opinion. The experts such as education sector researchers and academicians working on mentioned research area were consulted during forming and development of questionnaire. The present researchwas based on convenience sampling design. In order to carry out sampling, present study has made use of two lists, i) list of MCD Primary schools available at Directorate of Education website and ii) list.
