It is meaningful to review the merits of modern Korean missions for effectiveness of mission strategy and approach and to see the relation of this to Korean missionary job satisfaction. Hence, we will try to measure Korean missionaries' job satisfaction and then evaluate their degree of contextualization in their ministry on the mission field to see if there is a positive correlation between these two factors. Our assumptions are that the missionary's own theological education, mission training, adaptation to local indigenous language and culture, and understanding of their own individual personality and interpersonal relationships are important factors for successful mission activities. The intent of the research question is to analyze how much these factors are contributing to contextualization in mission and are resulting in job satisfaction for the missionaries.
