The application of a process management procedure is presented in the company Agricultural Implements "El Timón", located in the municipality of Tempoal, Veracruz, Mexico, who through distributors such as New Holland, John Deere and Massey Ferguson position the products to the end customer (agricultural and livestock companies). Work is carried out on the selection of processes for improvement based on their definition and representation on a map. The representation, diagnosis and improvement of the selected production process is proposed through the "Diana" process, its respective process sheet, As-Is diagram and indicators. Finally, the main actions to be taken to improve the production process are proposed.
