The environmental protection agencies have imposed more stringent regulatory prohibitions to protect the water environment. Nowadays, treatment of wastewater is very critical because of high usage of fresh water and discharge of highly polluted one. Many technologies adopted to reduce the organic and inorganic matters from wastewater. In this chapter, the application of various technologies to purify the industrial wastewater is explored.Hence, it is necessary to develop the effective treatment method with low operating cost for industrial wastewater treatment.
