Moreover, at the end of each Chapter there are additional unsolved problems for training and applications. Finally, I hope to be offered a scientific service for engineers and students. Prof.Dr.Fathe Allythi has received his PhD in Electrical Engineering,from Al-Azhar University Cairo,Egypt,1991.Since then he worked in the teaching field.He has many publications in Electrical Engineering and related sciences.He has many researches in wind energy.Since 2008 to present,he is a Prof.Dr.,Taif University,College of engineering,Saudi Arabia.
