The failure of China to do so affected the global community including Nigeria. Therefore, the second part of this book examines the efforts of Nigeria government in combating the spread of the pandemic among its citizens. However, these measures had Janus-headed impacts on the life of Nigerians. These developments are also discussed in this book. The book concluded by suggesting certain measures to be taken as the way forward in addressing futurepublic health of global concern.
