This study ventures into the appraisal of leadership involvement of ordained women in Anglican Church within the Diocese of Grahamstown. In addition, the investigation reflects and engages the relationship between the leadership structure, Evangelical ministry, Biblical proofs and canons of the Church. The theory of feminism and theology of liberation serve as the theoretical underpinning for the study. Despite the old patriarchal nature being held onto by the Diocese of Grahamstown, theology of liberalism took its course, which eventually made room for women ordination and leadership involvement. In addition, mixed method research approach was utilised for this study, Atlas.ti version 8 and SPSS software statistical package was utilised to analyse both qualitative and quantitative data collected respectively. However, the analysis reveals that the contentions of the advocates of women leadership involvement are impacted, integrated and moulded by those equivalent feminist¿s ideas, which they endeavour to project. Therefore, the study recommends that Christ Jesus must be the focus of the worshipper rather than patriarchal practices in the Church.
