The engagement of the students in Physical Activities (PA) in the early stage not only developed their physique but also inculcate positive attitude toward these activities. One of the primary goals of physical education is to promote positive attitudes among the students that encourage life time PA. It is evident that students who show more positive attitudes towards PA in institution are also participate in PA outside the institution.

He is a national level athlete. He has completed his masters in 1996 from L.N.I.P.E. Gwalior and his PhD. in 2014 from Banasthali University and Faculty of Path Ways International World School since 2003, also working as CAS Coordinator. Dr. Bharadwaj had also published and presented number of national and international research papers.
