The Dynamic PSA is not meant to replace the classic PSA method, but to become a complementary tool to the classical PSA used for new reactor designs or plant safety operation improvements. The book is addressed to engineers involved in nuclear safety analysis both deterministic and probabilistic and also to decision making factors that base their decisions on nuclear safety analysis results.
