Autorenporträt
Ian S. Murphy, educated in both Glasgow and Edinburgh, lectured in Mathematics for over thirty years. Interested in drawing ships and boats since childhood, he attended classes at Glasgow School of Art. Family connections in Dundee and Angus often led to trips to Arbroath.
