Investigating the images from the Collection of the Creativity Workshop at the São Pedro Psychiatric Hospital, the author seeks to reflect on how we can relate to these images. Using notes from José Saramago's Tale of the Unknown Island, among other works of literature, the author draws up a panorama with the idea of sailing through unknown seas in a search for what we still don't know. The text seeks to mix poetic and academic language, with the aim of investigating how we think and feel when we come across various forms of artistic manifestations.
