Helmut Stefani studied applied linguistics at Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz/Germersheim where he received his diploma as translator for English and Spanish with technical focus. After time abroad in Hull, England, he worked as a specialist for the localisation of CAD software in a US company. He has been an information developer for data archiving at SAP since 1997 and is the co-author of several publications on this topic.
