Elizabeth Martinez Cornetta is a former special education teacher who currently works as a central office administrator in a public school district. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Virginia and periodically teaches graduate courses in the field of special education. She was born in Puerto Rico to wonderful parents and now lives in Virginia with her loving husband, amazing son, and energetic Jack Russell Terrier.
