It has always been taught that no one can know when Jesus will return. However, Jesus said we are children of the day, and not children of the night, that that day should overtake us unawares. He spent a chapter each in Matthew, Mark and Luke giving signs of his coming and of the end of the world. He obviously expected someone to decipher the clues. See how all of these clues, and many more in the Old Testament, point to the year 2026. Dorothy "Evelyn" Essary is the oldest of eight children born to Clayton and Marie Counts. At ten years of age, she received the Holy Ghost and began her walk with God. At 21 she married and spent nearly 30 years of her life in often difficult circumstances, during all of which time she continued to serve God faithfully. At 51 she was widowed and spent the next 18 years on her own. At age 69, Dorothy married Bill Essary and assumed an entirely different life from her previous one. Bill enhances her life daily and has been a great encouragement in the writing of this her first published work, although she has edited three non-fiction books by other authors. Some have accused Dorothy of being obsessed with end-time events. She smiles and says that is okay. People about to marry are obsessed with their weddings. The church is about to marry the King of kings and Lord of lords, and for the bride to be obsessed with the coming of the bridegroom should be normal. She continues to search the scriptures to receive further understanding of the things that are just ahead. Dorothy is a member of Peace Tabernacle United Pentecostal Church in Hillsboro, Missouri and a former member of West Point United Pentecostal Church in Doniphan, Missouri.
