Paul Menzies, a retired Deputy Headteacher, has enjoyed an extremely varied career as a US soccer coach, a freelance presenter and historical consultant for the BBC, and a postcard dealer. He is the author of a number of local history books, including Middlesbrough In Old Photographs and Billingham In Old Photographs. He lives in Cleveland.
