Writing a basic textbook on Physical Therapy Practice is a daunting task. The challenge comes from a basic question: "What should be included in such a book?" Luckily, I find the answer from my students. After discussing with thousands of physical therapy graduates and students, I came up with the idea to explain each major specialty of Physical Therapy separately. The current book comprised of ten chapters. The first chapter is about "Introduction to Physical Therapy Practice" while name of the remaining nine chapters is based on a specific Physical Therapy specialty. The integration of 'preclinical' science with clinical practice is presented in each chapter in order to provide the readers with a systematic approach to the assessment, diagnosis and management of Physical Therapy Practice related conditions. I am sure that Physical therapists and student will enjoy reading this book.
