Throughout the history of organisations, the way of managing personnel has changed dizzyingly due to the demands of each era; nowadays, the human factor is managed from a humanistic perspective according to the needs of the individual. We cannot deny that work stress is a variable that affects organisations at different levels, bringing negative consequences as it affects productivity, human relations, organisation and execution of tasks. Taking into account the two previous approaches, there is a new strategy that is making its way in companies: art therapy, which is a technique that has diverse utilities and varied fields of action. For this research, art therapy is profiled as a technique for coping with work-related stress.
