Autorenporträt
BRUCE PAUL studied philosophy and creative writing at Ohio University. After graduating with honors in 1967, he traveled to San Francisco and lived in the Haight/Ashbury district. Bruce has been a singer-songwriter in a folk-rock band, an elementary school teacher in the Virgin Islands, a taxi driver in Denver, a counselor in a maximum-security prison, a bank loan officer, an investment advisor, a real estate developer, and a riverboat bartender. Bruce is the author of many songs and The Artama Legend series of books. In addition, his short stories, memoirs, and poems are included in multiple "best of" collections. He now lives and writes among the ponderosa pines in the mountains of central Arizona.
