This book is a result of our research on "Population dynamics of Spodoptera litura (Fabricus), its biorational management and quantification of arthropods on Cauliflower" carried out in the subtropical climate zone of Indo-Gangetic plains. A total of 18 arthropod species were found associated with cauliflower crops. Among these 9 were defoliators, 3 sap feeders, 1 borer, 4 natural enemies and one i.e, black ant belongs to symbiotic group of arthropods. Two peak activities of S.litura were observed during start and end of summer. All treatments to control arthropod population was effective at varying degree. Lower and higher doses of Spinosad 45% EC, Novaluran 10% EC, and higher doses of Indoxacarb 14.5% SC were comparatively more effective. Beauveria bassiana and SNPV & NSKE 5% were also effective for control of S. litura.
