For university teachers, AI is seen as a powerful tool with the potential to transform teaching and learning processes. We conclude the importance of designing learning environments that integrate pedagogical strategies and information and communication technologies (ICT) based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) to help build improvement processes as a support for interaction between teachers and students, creating an environment conducive to knowledge and learning.
