The authors Rosa Imelda García Chi, María Antonieta Hernández and Ma. Guadalupe Morales Vázquez, are Masters in Information Technology and are professors at the Tecnológico Nacional de México campus Ciudad Valles. They currently work in the Systems and Computing Department.
