This book represents a study of the artificial intelligence and big data through an exploratory study on Telecommunication sector in Egypt. Also, it is trying to show the role of artificial intelligence in achieving customer satisfaction, through a study on commercial banks in Egypt. These studies demonstrate that artificial intelligence as a system associated with computing systems and algorithms that combines all methods aimed at simulating capabilities.
