Jonas Kapend TshiyambNascido em Musoshi em 1996, obtive o meu diploma estatal em 2014 em ciências comerciais e administrativas, o bacharelato em 2018 em criminologia económica e ambiental, em 2020 o mestrado em criminologia económica e ambiental na Escola de Criminologia de Lubumbashi (Universidade de Lubumbashi).
