Humanistic education is based on the integral knowledge of man and the world in which he lives; for this reason, the construction of a better future, worthy of living in peace, is part of the essential role it plays in the preparation of a new man, capable of enriching his knowledge and seeking alternatives for his own development as a social being. Cuban Artistic Education also needs its professionals to be better and better human beings. The question is, then, how to develop the humanistic formation of upper secondary level students of Artistic Education from the teaching-learning process of the Spanish-Literature class? The general objective of the research is defined as: To implement a didactic alternative to develop the humanistic formation of upper secondary students from the Spanish-Literature class.
