La Dra. Nazmiya Mukhitdinova nació en Samarcanda, Uzbekistán. Es doctora en filología y profesora asociada de la Universidad Estatal de Samarcanda. Durante su actividad científica y metodológica, ha publicado 3 libros de texto, 1 libro de texto para estudiantes, y sus más de 70 artículos fueron publicados en revistas y conferencias locales e internacionales.
