Autorenporträt
I am Coleen Everglades Lewis, and I resides in Pembroke Pines, Florida. I am a poet, registered nurse and adjunct professor. I have fond memories of growing up in Jamaica, climbing trees, walking for hours, and watching the goats walk home by themselves close to sunset. In the Bahamas, where I also grew up, I have peaceful memories of walking to the beach after school and bathing in the warm beautiful seawater, under balmy blue skies. I also enjoyed climbing different trees, especially the tall coconut trees, sea grape trees and guinep trees. Coleen Everglades Lewis 2020
